What delivery methods do you use?

We have various methods of getting your order to you quickly and safely.

If you are in the United Kingdom you have a couple of options;

• Standard Delivery - 1-2 working days

• Next Day Delivery - 1 working day (ordered before 11am Monday - Friday

For the Rest of the World, here are your options;

• International Tracked Delivery* - 5-30 working days

* Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

When will you post my order?

Orders for next day delivery will be posted out on the same day (if the order is placed before 11am, Monday - Friday)

For our other orders, we aim to have your order packaged and posted within 2 working days. However at our busier times, this may take a little longer (Don't worry, we'll let you know if there are likely to be delays with your order!)

Can I track my order?

If you have chosen Next Day Delivery or International Tracked Delivery, the your order can be tracked. We'll send you a dispatch email when your order is on it's way to you, with your tracking code.

Standard Delivery does not come with tracking.

I need my order ASAP! Can you help?

If you are in the UK, of course we can! Just select Next Day Delivery at the

checkout and your order will do just that... arrive the very next day!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship our handmade goods all over the world!

What is your returns policy?

      We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Please make sure you contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to us within: 30 days of delivery

     The following cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Intimate items (such as: earrings, studs, hoops [for health/ hygiene reasons)

• Digital downloads

     Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal.

Can you make me something custom?

Due to time constraints, we currently do not offer a bespoke service. Do follow us on Facebook though, as we will announce when this service will be running again!
